1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, submitting an order, paying an invoice or purchasing merchandise from Legacy Pallet Liquidators, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable order-specific written terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Nature of Our Inventory

Legacy Pallet Liquidators sells brand-new merchandise and overstock inventory in pallet, lot, bulk, truckload and qualifying container quantities. Overstock may include excess, surplus or unsold merchandise offered through wholesale channels.

Exact assortment, packaging, models, sizes, colors, quantities and other characteristics may vary where a listing is offered as an assorted wholesale lot or load.

3. Inventory Availability

Wholesale inventory can change quickly. Display of merchandise on the website does not by itself reserve or guarantee inventory. Availability is subject to confirmation when a quote or order is processed.

4. Pricing, Quotes & Errors

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Website prices and price ranges may change as inventory changes. Freight, accessorial carrier services, taxes and other transaction-specific charges are separate unless expressly included in a written quote or invoice.

Legacy Pallet Liquidators may correct obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors before an order is finally accepted.

5. Orders & Payment

An inquiry, cart action or quote request is not an accepted order. Orders are subject to inventory confirmation and acceptance. Unless different written terms are provided for a specific transaction, inventory is not secured or released for shipment until the required payment has been received and cleared.

6. Product Descriptions & Images

We aim to present inventory accurately. Product photographs, category images and descriptions may be representative when merchandise is sold as an assorted pallet, bulk lot or truckload. Unless a listing expressly promises an exact assortment, reasonable variation in assortment, packaging, model, color or presentation may occur.

7. Manifests & Inventory Information

Manifest availability varies by pallet or load. When a manifest is available, buyers should review whether it is represented as exact or informational for that specific inventory. Legacy Pallet Liquidators does not make a blanket guarantee that every pallet, truckload or bulk lot is manifested.

8. Shipping, Freight & Receiving Requirements

Freight is determined using shipment characteristics, destination and receiving requirements. Buyers must provide an accurate delivery address, ZIP/postal code and relevant receiving information, including whether the destination is commercial or residential and whether a dock, forklift, liftgate or delivery appointment may be required.

Where permitted and disclosed, additional carrier charges resulting from incorrect delivery information, address changes, residential service, liftgate service, missed appointments, detention, storage, re-delivery or refusal of an authorized shipment may be the buyer's responsibility.

9. Delivery Inspection & Freight Damage

Buyers should inspect the exterior condition and pallet/load count at delivery before signing the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading. Visible freight damage, missing handling units or other apparent carrier issues should be noted on the delivery document and photographed before the carrier departs whenever reasonably possible.

10. Claims & Order Discrepancies

Claims concerning an alleged incorrect shipment, specifically guaranteed quantity discrepancy, or other alleged fulfillment error attributable to Legacy Pallet Liquidators should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Visible freight damage should be documented at delivery.

A claim should include the order or invoice reference, photographs, delivery documentation and a clear description of the issue. Submission of a claim does not automatically establish entitlement to a refund.

11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because merchandise is sold in wholesale pallet, bulk and truckload quantities, sales are generally final once an order has been accepted and fulfilled. This does not prevent a buyer from submitting a timely claim for a verified qualifying fulfillment error or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Orders may be cancelled before payment without penalty. After payment, a cancellation request may be considered only while the order has not been released, prepared for shipment or committed to a carrier.

12. Buyer Resale & Compliance Responsibilities

Wholesale buyers are responsible for evaluating whether merchandise is appropriate for their intended resale channel and for complying with applicable tax, licensing, labeling, marketplace, product-safety, import/export and other legal requirements.

Legacy Pallet Liquidators does not guarantee resale eligibility on any third-party marketplace, a particular resale price, recovery of stated retail value, profit margin, sales velocity or return on investment.

13. Retailer, Manufacturer & Brand Disclaimer

Third-party retailer, manufacturer and brand names, logos or trademarks may be referenced solely to identify merchandise, product source, compatibility or category where accurate. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, partnership or affiliation with Legacy Pallet Liquidators.

14. Truckloads, Containers & Large Orders

Truckload, container and other large-volume transactions may require additional written terms covering inventory, quantities, loading, freight, delivery, payment deadlines or transaction-specific requirements. Those terms may appear in a quotation, invoice or sales agreement and govern that particular transaction where they expressly differ from these general website terms.

15. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Legacy Pallet Liquidators may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment irregularity, inaccurate customer information, legal or compliance concerns, or circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable.

16. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Except for express written representations made for a specific transaction and warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, merchandise and services are provided subject to the terms stated in the applicable listing, quotation or invoice. No website statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of resale performance or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Pallet Liquidators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from resale performance, lost profits, marketplace restrictions, buyer business decisions or events outside our reasonable control.

17. Force Majeure

Legacy Pallet Liquidators is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, governmental action, emergencies, utility or communications failures, or material supply interruptions.

18. Website & Intellectual Property

Original Legacy Pallet Liquidators branding, website copy, graphics, layouts and other proprietary website materials may not be reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party marks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

19. Governing Law & Disputes

The governing-law and dispute provisions applicable to a purchase may be stated in the relevant invoice, quotation or written sales agreement. Until Legacy Pallet Liquidators publishes a specific governing-law provision for general website transactions, these Terms should not be interpreted as selecting a jurisdiction merely because Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas is displayed as the business location.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the website, inventory programs or business procedures evolve. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current published version.
